Do you send free samples?
We try to send free samples with orders when we have them available. You can find sample sets available for purchase on our website from time-to-time. They are a great way to try different scents and products!

Why is my lotion a funky color?
Fragrances that contain vanilla may cause your lotion or body cream to turn a pink or light brown color. This discoloration is not harmful to the product or to you, but rather a natural reaction that happens with vanilla oils.

What are my options when sending a gift?
All orders are shipped out in Soap Box style in either a gift box or stylish bag and typically highlight our company colors pink and brown. If you’d like us to include a complimentary gift message in with your order, please type your text (exactly as you’d like it to appear) in the comments section during checkout. We also have gift certificates and pre-packaged gift sets available on our site. Do you charge sales tax?
The Soap Box Company is required to collect Sales Tax on all orders shipped to Illinois addresses.
