Do you have a physical storefront or shop?
We do not have a shop at this time, but hope to in the near future. At this time products are sold on our website only.

Do you have a secure site?
Yes. You can click on the Secure Link at the bottom of the page for an official SSL certificate. SSL offers secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site.

Is purchasing with a credit card on your site safe?
Yes. Orders and personal information are encrypted using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) so your privacy is protected. Your credit card number is transmitted directly between the issuing bank and credit card processor. We do not receive or keep any credit card information on file.

How can I be sure my personal information and email address won't be given out?
We never give out or sell any personal information. If you make a purchase on our site or choose to sign-up for our newsletter, rest assured that your information will never be given to a third party. You can find more information on our Privacy Policy page.

Do you have a printed catalog?

Do you send free samples?
We try to send free samples with orders when we have them available. You can find sample sets available for purchase on our website from time-to-time. They are a great way to try different scents and products!

Why is my lotion a funky color?
Fragrances that contain vanilla may cause your lotion or body cream to turn a pink or light brown color. This discoloration is not harmful to the product or to you, but rather a natural reaction that happens with vanilla oils.

What are my options when sending a gift?
All orders are shipped out in Soap Box style in either a gift box or stylish bag and typically highlight our company colors pink and brown. If you’d like us to include a complimentary gift message in with your order, please type your text (exactly as you’d like it to appear) in the comments section during checkout. We also have gift certificates and pre-packaged gift sets available on our site. If you’d like us to put together something special or are looking for corporate gifts contact us at info@thesoapboxco.com. We’d be happy to put something together for you!

Do you charge sales tax?
The Soap Box Company is required to collect Sales Tax on all orders shipped to Illinois addresses.

Do you offer wholesale?
We are retail only and do not offer our products for wholesale.
